The staff on reception made us feel welcomed & they were efficient as well as cheerful. We were very comfortable in our room & after long days of flying & driving, it was nice to arrive at such a pleasant atmosphere. On top of that, breakfast was included in the price & we enjoyed the choices on offer before setting out for another busy day. Many thanks.

Location is excellent. Amenities walkable. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Good value. Better than most hotels in Cranbrook, in this area and price range. **dining recommendation, walk to Perry's Family Restaurant, excellent!*** maintenance guy (sorry we didn't get your name!) Went above and beyond to help my husband when we discovered our motorcycle was having issues. You, sir, saved our holiday and a very expensive fix. THANK YOU!!

The rooms on the backside have balconies which was nice for opening the door for a breeze and to let the dogs out with us.

Good quality breakfast - the single breakfast attendant/server did a great job of managing multiple stations, but a second person working would have been good to clean tables and keep the self serve items stocked. The courtyard with the pool was a nice little oasis.

Location is very central - if you tired of driving many options for dinning within 400 meters - the outdoor pool looks awesome except it rain on our stay

It was amazing!! Clean comfy and affordable. The front desk staff was amazing and even allowed for a bit of a later check out which was so appreciated ♥️ I requested a poolside room and it was so nice to just go from my room right outside to the pool deck. There’s more, the free breakfast offered pancakes 🥞 cereal muffins bacon sausage and that’s just a few options there was so much more. Will always recommend and stay here on my future visits!!

Excellent restaurant next door: Bay Leaf (Indian food). Large room. Attractive lobby. Helpful staff. Great bed. Comprehensive cable TV. Good breakfast. View of mountains. Very well priced. Cranbrook is a great place to stay with good access to many wonderful destinations in all directions. A very underrated destination for vacationing.

We were in town for Kootenay bike race that started at St Eugenie. We stayed at this facility last year driving through to home in Alberta. Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean cozy room. Perfect breakfast and coffee in room. Facility allowed my husband to detach utility trailer and park in back. Very helpful.

The room was a good size and was comfortable. Dove products were provided in the bathroom which was unexpected but convenient. The location was convenient to the airport which is why we booked a hotel for the night. Restaurants were walkable. The breakfast had a good variety and the hot options were freshly prepared.
